1. About 13dogsTFT
13dogsTFT is a community fan project for Teamfight Tactics players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Riot Games, Inc. By using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password or a third-party provider (Google, Discord). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (13 in the US; 13–16 in the EU depending on member state).
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't use it to harass other users; don't scrape or redistribute data in ways that would violate Riot Games' developer terms.
4. User content
You retain ownership of compositions, names, and other content you create. By saving content publicly (e.g. shared comps, leaderboard names) you grant 13dogsTFT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it as part of the service. You can revoke this license by deleting the content or your account.
5. Riot Games game data
Statistics shown on the service are derived from public match data provided by Riot Games' developer API. We do not control that source data and cannot guarantee its accuracy or availability. Riot Games, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from the profile settings page. Account closure triggers deletion of personal data per the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Game data is fetched from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or unavailable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 13dogsTFT and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred euros (€100) in total. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 13dogsTFT harmless against claims arising from content you upload or actions you take through the service that violate these Terms or third-party rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives EU residents the right to sue in their country of residence.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to give effect to the parties' intent to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
